photoshop wont download

I had photoshop that my friend got me and it went corrupt.
so what i am doing is trying to get the 30 day trial.

the first time i did this, it got half way through and said that the photoshop part of the 30 day trial was not working. so i had to stop it
several times after that the same message came up.

since them: i did a system restore and went to control panel\add remeover and tried to get rid of photoshop that way and it wont let me. so i downloaded some kind of software that gets rid of the other softwares.

so now it gets about all but a centimeter from the set up part, and then never goes fully into the set up part which is like wen it does both 'disks' of the download. i hope people know what im talking about.

what do i do?
Im not gonna buy photoshop cuz i have no money for that, and ik all about gimp photo filtre pain shop pro...etc etc i have tried them all and i want photoshop...please help me out here!
