    RAW will not upload

    Hi,
My old computer crashed (I overloaded the hard disk!) I am now using my laptop.
    packard Bell Easy Note TK.

Even though it has an Celeron processor T3500 my RAW photos will not upload to Bridge.
Is it the settings within Photoshop CS3 or the computer?
Any replies would be much appreciated.

What do you mean upload into bridge?
Are you using File|Get Photos From Camera and it's not working or giving you an error, or are you opening a folder and the Raw files can't be viewed?

Was the old computer running CS3 too?

    Hi Steve ,
Thanks for the reply. Yes the old computer was running CS3.
You are correct when you say File/get photo's from camera. It will upload Jpg but not Raw.

Assuming your old computer, also running CS3m had no problems with the Raw files from this camera you probably need to run update and make sure you have the most current versions of PS, Bridge, and ACR.
