I was having trouble with my brush. It wouldn't change to the correct color when I used alt. My blend mode was on normal and I didn't see anything else that could be wrong. I looked on the internet and decided to try control+shift+alt and deleting the settings file. This worked and my brush is now turning the correct color, however, now I can't drag photos into photoshop. I looked to see if "run this program as an administrator" was checked and it was not. How do I get them working again?
