Need help quick....

I made a layout for a local tattoo shop, now my onlyproblem is coding it. I had other examples on my last hard drive that crashed that i worked on but cant seem to remember how to code the layout. I cant remember how to make the images, backgrounds and i have no clue on how to code the links to open up in the middle of the layout. The layout basically has the 3 links at the bottom and I want them to open up in a spot in the middle of the layout....I can not figure it out and ive been workin on it for hours lookin at tutorials and everything...I am totally clueless and I really want to get this done cuz in exchange for the site I get free tattoos....can someone help please???
