error message in web photo gallery?

Does anyone know what to do about this error message in the middle of the web photo gallery automation?

"Could not complete the web photo galleery command because the file is in use or was left open."

It seems to be happening quite randomly on different photos. I've tried restarting the program and the computer, emptying the trash and have checked the clipboard, yet this error still continues to plague me.

hmmm.... if you rebooted and are still getting the error, then i'm at a loss.

None of the photos you're working on are open in PS are they? That's about the only thing left i can think of. \:]

yeah, none of the files are open in ps. and sometimes after i reboot, it makes it to the next file and stops. if i do it again it will make it to the file after that and stop. very strange.
