Getting Plug-Ins 2 Work

Ok...I feel really stupid asking this..I know iI've done this before, but I forgot how to install the plug-ins in order for them to work in Photoshop. Can u help me please?

its very simple, put all the plugins you have in one folder (name it : plugins) and place it in any drive (say d, then open photoshop go to Edit/Preferrences/Plugins and scratch disks and tick aditional plugins folder then give the path e.g d:\plugins.
