Nice work, I like the girl but the blood needs work,first thing that popped out to me. seems to be to embossed change the whitish shading or shadow to a reddish then duplicate layer, then on top layer close effects and erase the under layer in some areas to get it to a more attached to skin effect..............you asked ;)
Over all very nice work....BRAVO!

Photo 1 - avoid using Photoshop's lens flare filter at all cost for this purpose, blur effect worked well
photo 2 - average. Lighting, color, ripples, rain, it all looks out of place
photo 3 - Not bad, but the hand is poorly extracted and looks rather flat. I'm also not fond of the text on the left and the composition
photo 4 - Poor background, sloppy edge between hair and background, texture is too flat, doesn't follow the 3D surface of the face, the original photo didn't have enough quality, you totally need to redo the blood, the eyes need much better work, since they're always the main focal point of a portrait.
