Its a bit too gangster for my taste and using the same girl twice throws it off a bit, outside of that its quite nice.
The way you smudged the city in the background gives it great atmosphere, I like that a lot!

I like the abstract background and the fence but somehow the persons look weird.

I really like the feel of this one. I would give it 8/10. The only suggestion I have is maybe change the color of your font so that it contrasts against the rest of the image.
