last month i found a company, where ssl certificate can be done
so, you wanna ssl certificate for your site reach here

SSL Cert
You want to make sure you go with an SSL provider that is recognized by all major browsers, otherwise users get a message saying that your site is potentially "unsafe". This is not a good thing for any business. Don't use some fly by night place.
The best (of the big name places) I've found is GoDaddy. 99% browser recognition, and low yearly fee.
