Welcome to the forums. I'd say that is a great repository of PS tutes you've got going there. There is one glaring omission... a search engine.

The design is very neat and clear. I know exactly where to click and what I'm clicking on.

I really like it, its very easy to navigate through. You do use a lot of the same shade of gray, but then again it does all fall in to place
