Hey guys!

Have you ever found yourself styling an object, only for it to change when you resize it? Or maybe you've learned how use the Expand options, but then find yourself losing the ability to make quick adjustments later? Well, today we're going to learn how to ease those frustrations by scaling strokes and effects.

In this tutorial I will be using Adobe Illustrator CC 2015. If you have an earlier or later version, it's possible that you might see some subtle differences. I do the majority of my work on a Mac, but I will try and provide PC tooltips as well.

Mac Shortcut Keys:
Scale Proportionately from Center: Hold "Shift+Option"
Undo: "Cmd+Z"

PC Shortcut Keys:
Scale Proportionately from Center: Hold "Shift+Alt"
Undo: "Ctrl+Z"
