Water Color Effect

My first attempt at adding effects to a few photos ! . Been Trying a water color effect on a few images. Main thing I Learned from this project was using the brush and eraser tools to add and remove colors. As well as adding images and textures to my backgrounds.

Why RGB colour is used for picture instead of CMYK?

What I know that RGB is used for web base and CMYK for printing. Is it correct?
