Portfolio Retouch - advice welcome

Here is a before/after shot for a models portfolio... I used brightness and a bit of vibrance. Then ran it through Lightroom and did a bit of skin clear... then I use clone stamp (mode - Lighten, opacity 20%) to clean up a bit more and then dodge & burn (doge - midtones 17%; burn - shadows 15%) to lighten and darken certain areas.

Any advice welcome - thanks
