I have started playing around with recolouring old paintings, i do it via several layers each with a different colour on them taken from the original, but brighter and more vivid, the idea is not to replace or make better just to practice my layer painting styles and techniques.

And yes i know you can just do a saturation layer to the original but i wanted differing levels of adjustment within the same image.
