Trying out somethings on PS, I came up with this image on the right. I like it. Combined camera raw, HDR filter, and unsharp mask before taking the final and converting it into a drawing using a few easy steps. The car went under a few changes as well.

The final looks great. The details pop out.

Maybe add a bit more shadow to the Tire and rims?... right now, looks too flush to the tire well and car body......

Nice cartoon effect. I like what you did hershy.
