if only I didnt have a Migraine right now, I would have been creating a Herbie time piece if I could look at the screen for longer than 10 mins.

Good Idea though.

A migraine attack can cut down the strongest man like lightning.
I know how it is. Get well soon Hoogle.

Hint:
This car is too far gone. Nobody can restore it with Photoshop to a new and shiny one.
Google this car, and find a replacement.

Pfff..., I dismantled the left doors, sanded then, painted it in primer, let it dry and sprayed it with hard to find finishpaint. Not easy to find that paint for a Renault 4CV from 1946!
Well, the first part is done.

That's excellent!

I guess the Gauntlet has been well and truly thrown down now!

Yes Chris, you're right, but I have an excuse.
My younger sister became a grandmother yesterday and after being kicked out of the hospital when visiting hours were over we decided to celebrate the happy event.
No need to say that with a few drinks too much, it is absolutely not a good idea to grab a tablet and go posting stuff. :banghead:

This morning I worked away my hangover so here is my attempt:

I added piece by piece

Wow!
Sometimes a hangover isn't so bad and brings the best out of you.

This is a superb achievement Eggy, and without doubt, very difficult to beat.
It looks beautiful and natural, as straight from the showroom.

But let's wait for other submissions too.
Your outcome should be an inspiring for everyone.

I myself am busy with restoring this car at the moment.

Thank you Chris.
I'm looking forward to see your restoration and eventually work from others.

Wauw, this is a 'deluxe' version straight from the showroom...
Very nice and well done.

Here's a correction of my version. I forgot the car was placed in semi-tall grass and the front left wheel had a funny look.

I suppose I didn't saw these flaws due to the fumes of alcohol surrounding my head...
