HI, for me the image have to many things in a short space, the cut on her is too blury, being honest poorly done, the rabbit dont cover the odd cut on her leg, i think in general need more thought and work.
Keep doing it and trying is the only way to learn XD.

Also don't try to blend everything just with one color.Shadows are another thing that make stuff blend well also blurs.Keep trying stuff and look from real images or some good Photomanipulations,atleast thats what helped me get better and its still helping me.
