I was working on a file of 159+ MB file when the power suddenly went off and I couldn't open the file when the power was back.
Maybe someone have come across a situation like this?
Thanks in advance.

Depending on how badly corrupted it is, you may be able to repair the file.

Try this.....

Rename the file extension to .zip

Open the zip file with Winzip or WinRar and use its repair function.

Extract the riffdata.cdr from the content folder of the zip file and open this in CorelDRAW.

OR... Download the CorelDraw Recovery tool - https://recoverytoolbox.com/coreldraw.html

OR... visit this section at Corel - http://howto.corel.com/index.php/Co...ted_CDR_Files?family=corel&uselang=en&kb=true

edit.... I forgot to mention that if you have AUTOMATIC BACKUP enabled, there should be an autosave of the file in the folder selected in your backup settings. Depending on the selected auto-save frequency, this backup should contain data up to it's last autosave. Better than nothing....
