You don't need to find tutorials for this. I you have an understanding of how Photoshop works, all you'll need are the appropriate image components to compose the image.... as well as a bit of imagination.

Hi allvisual, as I am thinking that the photo might not be a composite but actually a staged photograph, I am wondering if you mean the lighting and color. And btw, it may not be anymore than a cooling photo filter over a partially desaturated image. Just my guess.
