I believe there is a custom shape like the screen shoot below somewhere i can download it , can someone advise me, please.

Not real sure I'm understanding your question. The shapes are more commonly known as clip art or vector clip art.

They can be downloaded from any clipart website such as: http://www.istockphoto.com/illustra...opular&mediatype=illustration&phrase=clip art

There are also Ps shapes that can be downloaded as well. Let me Google that for you: https://www.google.com/#q=Photoshop+shapes People shapes: https://www.google.com/#q=Photoshop+custom+people+shapes
