Could you add the gent with the red arrow (Team1) files to the group picture (FullSizeRender1) file. Took the picture without him...opps!!

I used eggy image (hope you dont mind) and tried to match the colours of the original photo to see if blend better, the guy pop up enough on his own XD.

Actually it is a somewhat dark picture so I enhanced it with 'shadows/highlights
