Can you edit this so the girl's hair isn't sticking up in the front?

Hello and welcome to PSG.

I wish I had time to repair the entire photo, but I don't.

Here's a quick edit of her hair and some minor clean up. Hopefully someone else will come along and clean up the rest of the noise.

Thank you SO much! My mom found this pic last month & it's the only pic I've ever had of my Dad & I, he passed away about 4 years after this photo was taken. I appreciate it!!
