Very cool GreenManiac. Nice masking. tho i think i'd smooth it out a little so it doesn't look so jagged (maybe even gausian blur the fork at like 0.3 pixels if needed)

Thank you fogo00 for the input. I gave it another go.
Originally I rotated the fork, which probably made it's jaggedness worse.
I also gave it now a 0.45 gausian blur like you suggested.
