Retro Design Help

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to achieve a old style retro comic effect for picture but never exactly found what i was looking for then I saw this picture

It was perfect but I can't seem to replicate it.

Any help?

for this pic? I'd probably live trace it in illustrator first and then color it. do you have illustrator?
if it were bigger i may be able to help you better for photoshop...

i do have illustrator, and i found a bigger pic, its kind fuzzy tho

yea, i would live trace that thing and color it. pick a preset that works.
do you know how to color in illustrator or would u color it in photoshop?
