Mirroring images in CS3

I need to print a lot of images that need to mirrored first. I have never done this before and was wondering if anybody could help me. Thanks.
 
Not sure what you mean... can you give an example?
 
Do you mean reflection on bottom maybe?
if so here is a quick google search full of ways
