creating an object to be used over and over for my other photoshop images

can I save something as an object to be used again an again like a shape or someting like another jpg

im trying to make a droplet and im realizing if you borrow stuff from other images this just isnt going to work everything has to be done under one tab

create your image (droplet) and save it as a .psd then you'll have it to use anywhere.

Do what iDad said. When you create it, merge the layers so it's all one layer. Whenever you need it, you can open it and drag the layer onto your new image.
