How do I adjust the Stroke Pattern ?? PS CS3

I have attached a logo I am working on. I have used the Stroke feature to put the black line around the letter "T". However, no matter which I choose "Inner" "Outter" or "Center" option, the stroke still seems to leave a curved edge to it, as you can see in the photo attached.

I would like it to be completely squared off.

I was thinking this has to do with the type of brush that the stroke feature is using. Can this be adjusted. How do I t it?

As far as I know you can't, the rounded corner thing is just how it works. There are other ways though to get the effect. I recommend selecting the letter and making a path, then you can adjust the path as needed to give you the border size you want, then on separate layer fill it.
