How do I make this kind of photos (I mean the color settings)?

Here is one of my photos.

Grabbed your image, adjusted levels . Duplicated the layer and set the new layer to Linear burn with an opacity adjustment of 50%. Warmed the image slightly with an orange photo filter using layer adjustments.
