I need help on editing the following image down below. It's for a good cause and will definitely save me. Is it possible to edit the "Peter" on this billbard to "Kyra"? Can anyone do this?

That being said, the image you posted is tiny. If you want a really good result, post a version with a lot more (eg, 10x) pixels.
