Hey,

As this is a paid tutorial I don't want to pay money for just one tutorial. Do you guys have any idea about this tutorial. I mean do you know what this effect is called? I tried to find it on Google and Youtube but I couldn't find much.

I guess you can start looking at tutorials based on the Dave Hill Effect as commonly known and then the rest os based on color tinting and toning.

Interesting. I've already found three tutorials regarding achieving this effect or something close to it. I just googled "Dave HIll effect."
