Bud, you really need to learn about pixels and resolution, and how a limited number of pixels either limits the sharpness, or, if you try to overcome this, you will likely get either stairstepping or halo artifacts.

The correct way to do what I suspect you really need (but don't realize it) is to redraw the image using a vector based program like Adobe Illustrator or using the vector features available in PS. This allows the final image to be made at however high of a pixel dimension ( ie, resolution) you require.

In contrast, if we try to *really* sharpen your existing image by either of two standard PS methods, "unsharp masking" or "thresholding" the stairstep and/or halo artifacts mentioned above will start to come out. I doubt this is what you had in mind. Paul appears to have tried to walk the fine line between too little and too much sharpening at the 900x900 pixel dimensions of the file you posted.
