Just need some advice on how to edit this text (Obvs noob)

Hey guys, think you might be my saviors on this one, in this image I'd like to change the 'Reno' part to saying 'Monza' now I know I could use colour stamp (or whatever its called) on the simpler parts in the actual strip across, but I don't know how to change the text on the top, please lemme know guys!

you can do that with cloon-tool

use 2 x N to make the M
use N and a part of the E to make the A
use part of N and transform skew to make a part of the Z
copy that part x 2 and rotate to complete the Z

you can use masks and brushes and smude-tool to clean up
