It is GUM Mall in Moscow. I was there 2 years ago on a boat-trip from St. Petersburg to Moscow.

Sorry chris, it was meant in jest.....I was hoping you would have recognized my strange English sense of humour by now.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, this was obviously a 'doesn't'.
