cs5 compatible with windows 8 pc

i have cs5 extended full version and cs6 extended upgrade.
could i install both on a windows 8 or 8.1 computer.

Shouldn't be a problem, if your moving it from a previous install and not using it on the old PC make sure you deactivate it first from the help menu
