Circular or Concentric Guidelines

Does Photoshop have any sort of built-in feature that provides grid lines or guidelines that are evenly-spaced concentric circles, similar to the example below?

Sorry Rich, as far as I know, there is nothing like this in Ps. You would have to make your own using the grid spaced they way you want it and the Rectangle Tool set to shape, fill off, stroke on, 1pt.

That's what I thought. Oh, well... I guess I could take the time to manually create one and then save it as a smart object, so that it can be re-sized depending on what I need.
