hello, any ideas how to create an effect similar to this in the photo? any advice would be super i just love the effect it has but can't figure out how its been done x

mmm hart one, are you sure is not a drawn instead of a filter? maybe a pay plugin i dont know.

I tried anyway with the ps filter this is the most i can get.

Great work Argos. Which Ps filter did you use?

Has like 10 diferent filter with diferent opacities and fusion modes, but i can't find any that recreates the painting strokes of the op example. Now i'm a little bussy, but later i can put the psd for download, so i dont have to search and translate all the filters name from spanish to english XD.
