Keyboard Shortcuts Issue

Until now I have never had the need to create my own Keyboard Shortcuts. I have several Workspaces that I switch between often so I thought that might be a good candidate for shortcuts. All went well in creating new keystroke combinations in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus > Application Menus > Window > Workspace. I entered key combinations for three different workspaces and hit Accept for each one. After closing the panel I tried the first key combination and it worked. After that, none of the newly created shortcuts worked.

I have no idea what is going on or how to make it work...any suggestions?

Make sure to SAVE the changes you make either in the Photoshop Default 'Set' or create a new one...



If you don't save your new 'Set' the shortcuts are deleted and returned to default, which is why only the first one ever works.
