I like the concept but the image just isn't working for me. For one it looks like there is a lake or something under the water. Also the cutout of the I'm guessing church is too sharp, should be a lot softer. My main complaint is the coloring. It just doesn't look right to be under water. If this was the style you was going for then kudos.

The idea for your composite is great. I like your concept. But in this job you should choose more homogeneous colors and contrast and light should be accentuated more.
My version is supposed to be an enhancement suggestion for you, though I guess it now looks more exciting and has more underwater feeling.
