One suggestion I might add is that you need to start blending your edges a little, it really helps to remove that pasted on look.
When your completely done with your composite, one technique is to do a stamp visible layer (highlight the upper most layer then hit shift + alt/opt + cmd/cntrl + E) and then use the Blur Tool (set to about 12-16 strength) to soften all of the hard edges.
The effect is subtle but makes a huge difference.
