It looks good! What is this piece going to be used for? My suggestive criticism would be to try to find a better font for the text underneath "Watch".

It looks nice, but my honest feedback.. If it is being used as a logo, the bottom text will be very difficult to view when it's smaller - e.g. invoices etc.

It's important to view the logo in different sizes throughout the design process.
