Local wildlife park up the road from our house I photographed this drop bear made this GIF animation, it is supposed to be all disjointed and blocky.
I painted just the bear on a separate layer made two base layer copies and skewed both different ways i also moved the bear in the second frame slightly just to add to the weirdness
