Welcome, Emily - It will be great to have your expertise. Perhaps you can elaborate a bit on what your job is about, as some people think of "editing" as using Photoshop on images, whereas others think of "editing" more as the development of creative concepts and selection of images, and not involved with PS at the nuts-and-bolts level. Also, do you tend to cover photographic images or more traditional Illustrator / graphic art images, or both?
