Is it possible for me to merge two images in a Photoshop action? I want to add a paper for texture for a set of images. Thank you in advance.

Photoshop Action using two different images

yes you can
open an image
record the action like this
open the texture-image ( it has to stay always on the same place eg c:/mydocuents/textue.jpg )
select all
copy
select the example image and paste
select the texture-image and close that image
manipulate the layers in the way you wanted and merge
close the action
this action will Always use the same texture image with all the images in the batch folder
