just trying to figure out whether the camera did it or it's been post processed?

no not really just the whole image looks upside down because of the angle you shot it at

It looks normal but badly composed as their is no focus point or subject and the foreground and background are just further extension of the focal point!

if it was post processed i'd say they didn't do anything more than adjust the white balance, contrast, saturation and sharpen. just the standard workflow.

this was a mind tester for you all, :p the shot was taken and processed by me, i added a black and white filter, put it on overlay and gave it an unsharp mask :D
