This one is fairly simple.

* Make a text layer
* Rasterize the layer
* ctrl+T to transform selection. Right click and select warp.
* From top, select 'bulge' 1.png

Done !!!..

Here's the final result..

Break the word into two parts (SKIT & TLES), each on it's own layer. Rasterize the type; then use Edit-Transform- Perspective on each part to get the effect.

Hi nkaichun, this is very easy.

The trick is to break the word into two separate sides.

First create a background.

Using your Type Tool, add one side of your text.....

Then the other....

At this point you need to rastorize both of your text layers.

Now hit command/control + T to enter the transform mode.
Right click, and choose Perspective.

Click and drag either the upper or lower transform handle closest to the center of the background and drag.
Do the same for the other side.

Again sorry Hawkeye. I read the thread and started my explanation, then posted it without refreshing the page so I missed your post! It was more than an adequate answer and I would have skipped my tut!

nkaichun - As for the second one. Your image is very small but this might help.

Use your Rectangular Marquee Tool or the Rectangle Tool to create a rectangle.

Screen Shot 2014-03-23 at 11.53.53 AM.png

Fill with white.

Screen Shot 2014-03-23 at 11.54.09 AM.png

Hit command/control + J to duplicate the white rectangle.
Use your Move Tool to re-position the duplicate.

Screen Shot 2014-03-23 at 11.54.20 AM.png

On the duplicate layer, Hit command/control + T to enter the transform mode.

Screen Shot 2014-03-23 at 11.54.30 AM.png

Click (grab) the lower, center transform handle and move upwards.

Screen Shot 2014-03-23 at 11.54.44 AM.png

Hit enter or the checkmark to accept the state change. Done.

As they say "All roads lead to Rome".... there are multiple ways to achieve the same thing... you can use multiple tools to get the same result....

Marquee tool
Pen Tool
Shape tool
or... create your own rectangular brush...

Choice is yours... point is to get the desired result in the least amount of time

Chit is right.

Also notice that I included one of the shape tools in my post...

The Rectangle Tool is a shape tool.
