just go to http://images.google.com then click on the camera icon to the right of the search field. From there, you can either upload an image of your own, or use a link to an image on the web. Google will return either the exact same image or "visually similar" images. This is very useful for finding higher resolution images; or the complete image that another has been cropped out of.

Another similar service is http://www.tineye.com

I use both almost daily.

As a for instance, just uploading your distorted image to google images returned the following:
