Object removal required

Looking to have the half person on the left of this photo removed (and replaced with the cloud background from the rest of the photo). I don't know what this job is worth so I am open to suggestions. I can pay via PayPal. The attached photo is just a low res thumbnail, I would email the original file for the operation.
