Christmas Card - Slight Redesign

I have a photograph I would like to use as my Christmas card this year of two dogs in a decorated doghouse, but I would like to change one of the dogs out (the mutt on the left) and instead a photo of my American Eskimo (white dog between Santa's legs in second photo) from another photograph. I would also like a more decorative wreath in place of the one in the original photo and am open to suggestions from you as the pros.

It is such a small job but I don't have photoshop on my computer, so open to fee discussion.
