Work to be done on cabinet pictures

We need few picture to be altered to "sell" myhubby work (wood cabinet).
Some pictures are really low resolution but I'm sure some of you can do miracle.

Please quote after discussion on the work that you can do. We've been quiet disappointed by work send to us in the past by companies found on the net.
Ideally you'll have a discussion over the phone or skype (we're based in Australia) with my husband to define properly the job and make sure you're on the same page. I'm filtering for him to not waste his time.

I would be great to get it done before Xmas
