Easy in Paint Shop Pro 9 but can't find it in CS5

In Paint Shop Pro if I wanted to 'cover' a nasty I would select the nasty and then drag the marquee over to a bit of the picture which I needed to cover the nasty. I could then 'collect' the goody, drag it back and drop it over the nasty.
'Content Aware' in CS5 is marvellous but the local content is not always appropriate. Could someone direct me to the PSP equivalent in CS5.
 
Thank you. The Patch tool looks to be exactly what I want. I was confused by Cloning and Healing Brush.
('Nasty': that tourist walking across my picture in Egypt. 'Goody': that bit of clean sandy desert nearby.)
